Kim is a seasoned philanthropic advisor with a background in financial services and business development. She is a Senior Advisor with Impact Foundation, Engagement Manager with Women Doing Well, and Area Director for NCF California in San Diego. And every two weeks, Kim brings her unique blend of expertise, authenticity, and humor to the Generous Girl Podcast, now in its fourth season.
Kim holds a bachelors from UCLA and a masters from Southern Methodist University, and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®). She is married with 4 grown children and is a new grandma.

Sarah serves as the Director of Engagement for NCF California and the Managing Director of Asset Giving University. She has served in development, training, events, and operations in higher education and across the nonprofit sector. Sarah was an adjunct professor at Vanguard University for more than 10 years, and is now focused on equipping nonprofit leaders for transformational generosity conversations with donors through her work with Asset Giving University.
Sarah is married and is a cat mom and enthusiastic aunt. She believes deeply in the power of hospitality and sees her calling—both personally and professionally—as creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and flourish.
