At the request of anonymous fundholders, we invite you to submit an overview of your organization and work for grant consideration. Thank you for taking the time to help these funders better understand your mission, impact, and strategic focus.
Please keep your responses concise and authentic. We are not looking for polished marketing language as much as clarity, conviction, and evidence of impact.
We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the work your organization is uniquely positioned to do.
Please record a simple, informal video introducing your organization to the funders. A phone or computer camera recording is perfectly appropriate — think of this less as a produced presentation and more as a brief Zoom or FaceTime conversation.
Please record your video in landscape (horizontal) orientation and keep it to two minutes or less. In fairness to all organizations and to help respect the funders' review process, we will not include videos longer than two minutes in the materials shared for consideration.

There is no need to cover every detail from your written responses. This video is intended to provide a more personal sense of your leadership, mission, and approach to partnership.
We welcome you to share a single document that best reflects your organization’s recent work and impact. Examples may include an annual report, impact report, ministry update, or similar overview document intended to provide additional context regarding your mission, priorities, and recent impact.
We will include your organization’s logo and a featured image at the top of the report page shared with the funders. For the featured image, please select a file in landscape (horizontal) orientation. Please upload your preferred files for each below.
