When Lance is not being a tax guy, he is a husband (30+ years), father (5 children; three birth and two adopted from Ethiopia), and trying hard to make a difference in this world. He and his family attend Mariners Church. In addition to being with his kids on the soccer field, swim lessons, and Boy Scouts, Lance, and his family lead 100+ people in an annual Mexico house-building trip. He also is the Chairman of the SoCal regional board, and on the National Board for Hope International.
