Bob Shank is the Founder of The Master’s Program, a Kingdom-focused mentoring program for Christian marketplace and ministry leaders and the Co-Founder of The Barnabas Group.

His 50+ year leadership career includes 14 years as an entrepreneur in the construction industry, four years as Senior Pastor of a megachurch in California, and 37 years as a Kingdom leader in the non-profit ministry sector, with those roles often operating in parallel.

Bob serves on the governing boards of large churches in California, New Mexico and Montana, as well as multiple ministry boards including Samaritan’s Purse and the JESUS Film Project. Bob and Cheri – married since 1971 – live in Southern California alongside their adult children and their families. All are actively involved in local ministry and global missions.
