Jim West was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Orange County and San Diego Barnabas Groups from 1999-2021.

Holding several senior management positions during a 20 year career in mortgage banking from 1979-1999, Jim also taught Physical Education at Cerritos College and Haskell Junior High School concurrently from 1970 – 1982. During that time, Jim coached wrestling and soccer to state championships in college, and competed and won several world championships in jiu jitsu and judo, including national championships placings in judo and wrestling.

Jim has been married for 43 years to Suzy. They have one son, Jeff. Currently retires, Jim enjoys travel, mission trips, sports and reading.
